6. Client Engagement Data

If you engage Kaizen AI Lab for consulting services, additional terms apply to client data:

Confidentiality: Client data is treated as confidential under our engagement agreement and applicable professional rules.
No model training: Client data is never used to train AI models. Every Kaizen Colony™ deployment runs in dedicated, isolated environments.
Data segregation: Client data does not cross client boundaries.
API agreements: We use enterprise API agreements with AI providers that contractually prohibit training on inputs.
Credentials: Managed through centralized secret vaults with automated rotation and leak detection.
Retention and deletion: Specified in the engagement agreement.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information at your own risk.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Kaizen AI Lab is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., acra.kaizenailab.com, cal.com). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because no industry standard has been adopted, we do not currently respond to these signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email where practicable. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
